Hey!  Welcome to my little corner of the Internet!  I'm Rachel and I'm glad you found your way here.  

What is here?  Well it's where you can find my thoughts and ideas on all kinds of things- teaching, motherhood, travel, clothes, books, crafts... I don't claim to be an expert on anything, but I'm interested in a lot of things.

I'm a middle school English teacher turned stay at home mom.  

As a teacher I was passionate about my students and particularly about their lives as readers.  I loved everything about that job and was sad to leave it.  

However, I'm now embarking on a new journey as a mom!  I've got a little boy who was born November 2015 and we (along with my husband) are figuring things out together.  I've also reopened my Etsy shop where you can find cute gifts for family and friends!
